How to adjust pre-tied hatbands? There is one sari silk ribbon tied around the entire braid at the center front. Carefully loosen that knot and pull on the ends of the braid to make it tighter. Or pull on the sides of the braid to make it bigger. Then tighten the knot.

Each handband is handmade, so your may vary slightly...but will still be awesome!
