I’ve spent over 30 years in the retail world, working at the corporate level and alongside small shops, too. I’ve tested ideas, made mistakes, celebrated wins, and learned the ins and outs of what really works. Over the years, I found myself naturally mentoring others—helping new businesses decide what to focus on, which steps to take first, and how to see a path through that mile-long to-do list.
